Lundi, lors de son discours au Congrès de Versailles, Emmanuel Macron a annoncé que toutes les personnes handicapées mentales mises sous tutelle disposeraient prochainement du droit de vote lors des élections.
« C’est aussi une politique de retour vers la citoyenneté pleine et entière que nous assumerons et celles également pour ces personnes, y compris celles sous tutelle, d’un retour au droit de vote« , a déclaré Emmanuel Macron devant l’ensemble des députés et sénateurs réunis en Congrès à Versailles.
La mesure concerne plus de 385.000 handicapés mentaux majeurs mis sous tutelle.
De quoi permettre de douter un peu plus de l’efficacité du suffrage universel…
