La rédaction de Médias Presse Info a pris connaissance d’un document classifié du Ministère des Armées. Cette note de huit pages « à diffusion restreinte » est datée du 04 mars 2021 et signée du général de division Denis Mistral, sous-chef d’état-major opérations aéroterrestres de l’état-major de l’armée de terre. L’ensemble de ces huit pages traite de questions liées au Covid.
Contrairement aux promesses d’Emmanuel Macron, le vaccin anti-covid 19 va être rendu obligatoire pour tous les militaires projetés en opérations à l’étranger ou sur le territoire national soit 95% des militaires. C’est ce qui est annoncé en page 8 de cette directive.
5.1. Stratégie de priorisation du MINARM
La vaccination contre le COVID n’est à ce jour pas obligatoire pour les Français. Pour les militaires, la vaccination peut être rendue obligatoire dans le cadre de certains engagements opérationnels ou activités de préparation opérationnelle.
La phase 3 de la stratégie nationale prévoit la vaccination des professionnels des secteurs essentiels. Les militaires engagés en opération rentrent dans ce cadre (référence d). Cette phase 3 devrait prendre effet au mois de juin. Du personnel pourrait toutefois, à titre dérogatoire, être vacciné dès le début du mois d’avril.
Cette directive émanant à la base du ministre des armées, elle va également concerner tous les militaires des différentes armées.
