« Aujourd’hui, mercredi 18 mars, après la célébration de la dernière messe publique avant l’application de l’état d’urgence au Portugal, par décision de Monsieur le Président de la République portugaise, nous nous sommes rendus au belvédère Notre-Dame-du-Mont qui offre une vue spectaculaire sur la ville des sept collines, le Tage, la rive sud avec le Christ-Roi, pour bénir Lisbonne, et au-delà, tout le Portugal, avec le Saint-Sacrement.

Que par l’intercession de Notre Dame, Reine du Portugal, de Saint Joseph, protecteur de la Sainte Eglise et des malades et des mourants, des saints Antoine et Vincent, Dieu Tout-Puissant, présent véritablement et substantiellement dans le Saint Sacrement de l’Autel, accordez-nous la fin de cette plaie, et la défaite des ennemis de votre Saint Nom.
