Me Philippe Genin, avocat au Barreau de Lyon et ancien Bâtonnier, a fait une curieuse annonce lundi dernier : la création d’une « équipe commando » (sic) lyonnaise formée au sein de l’ordre professionnel des avocats pour traquer le racisme et la discrimination.
Me Genin pointe du doigt des « groupuscules violents et haineux d’extrême droite comme les Jeunesses nationalistes ou les identitaires » mais parle également « de dossiers concernant le racisme ‘ordinaire’ dans la rue, dans les entreprises ou en matière de discrimination au logement. »
Treize avocats lyonnais volontaires, bénévoles et spécialement formés sur les questions de racisme ou d’antisémitisme seront à disposition notamment des associations subventionnées dont le racisme et l’antisémitisme sont le fond de commerce (Licra, SOS Racisme, Ligue des droits de l’Homme…).
Philippe Genin, avocat engagé à gauche, a notamment été le porte-parole de Dominique Perben.
Joint par metronews, Alexandre Gabriac, notamment connu pour avoir dirigé les Jeunesses nationalistes, a parlé d’un « commando de la police de la pensée. » « Ce sont des personnes en mal de notoriété qui s’érigent en ligue de la vertu. Mais je me réjouis qu’un groupe d’avocats citoyens prenne en main la question du racisme anti-blanc et anti-catholique« , ironise-t-il.
