Les Russes fantasmaient… L’Ukraine n’a jamais eu l’intention d’adhérer à l’OTAN. Sauf que le parlement ukrainien a approuvé aujourd’hui la tenue de manœuvres militaires conjointes avec les pays de l’Otan et de l’Union européenne entre mai et octobre sur son territoire, y compris dans les eaux de la mer Noire.Le texte a été approuvé par 235 députés, aucun élu n’a voté contre. Il ne faut surtout pas y voir une provocation envers les Russes quand on sait que la mer Noire est un des points sensibles où elle tient à avoir un contrôle. Alors que la Russie est en train de retirer ses troupes de la frontière ukrainienne, cette décision a de fortes chances de la rendre plus que jamais intransigeante et sur la défensive.
