Voici encore un bel exemple de l’incompétence d’un grand nombre d’élus macronistes. Yaël Braun-Pivet, député de la 5ème circonscription des Yvelines et surtout  nouvelle présidente LREM de la commission des Lois de l’Assemblée nationale, avoue à son administration ne rien savoir du fonctionnement législatif.

 “Je ne suis pas constitutionnaliste. Pouvez-vous me dire comment il faut présenter le texte sur l’état d’urgence ? Et, surtout, quand vote-t-on les décrets ?”, a naïvement demandé Yaël Braun-Pivet à des fonctionnaires de la commission un peu embarrassés et surtout ébahis de devoir expliquer à cette avocate de formation que les décrets ne sont pas votés mais pris par le gouvernement.
