L’Etat Islamique sait parfaitement soigner et adapter sa propagande en fonction de la cible à atteindre et des effets recherchés. Effrayer les Occidentaux par des images sanguinaires. Recruter des combattants par des références à un mahdisme promis à la victoire. Et séduire des musulmans de tous horizons par des images d’enfants recevant des colis de l’Etat Islamique dans le cadre de la zakât.
La zakât, troisième pilier de l’islam, est une aumône considérée comme un impôt social purificateur, parce que purifiant l’âme de l’avarice et instituant le sens du partage.
Ces jours-ci, l’Etat Islamique a diffusé des photos attendrissantes d’enfants réfugiés près d’As-Safirah, en Syrie. Des enfants venus chercher les colis de denrées généreusement offerts par l’Etat Islamique. Des photos qui circulent abondamment sur les réseaux sociaux…
