L’Etat Islamique a diffusé une nouvelle vidéo de près de vingt minutes consacrée à son développement aux Philippines.
On y voit quatre brigades d’Abu Sayyaf aux Philippines prêter serment d’allégeance à l’Etat Islamique. Des images montrent ces hommes combattre l’armée philippine. Des images de Raqqa s’y entremêlent, avec des messages de djihadistes asiatiques enjoignant tous les groupes djihadistes d’Indonésie, de Malaisie, de Thaïlande et des Philippines, à faire allégeance à l’Etat Islamique.
Cette vidéo de propagande se termine par un hommage à un djihadiste marocain mort aux Philippines en avril 2016.
