Afghanistan – L’Etat Islamique a revendiqué l’attentat-suicide qui a fait au moins 23 victimes dont 14 employés de sécurité népalais tués à Kaboul ce lundi.
L’attentat principal, perpétré par un kamikaze contre un minibus reliant Kaboul à Jalalabad, a fait 14 morts, tous Népalais présentés comme « agents de sécurité » travaillant au service de l’Ambassade du Canada. Neuf personnes ont également été blessées, dont «cinq Népalais et quatre Afghans».
Plus tard, une autre bombe a explosé au passage d’un convoi transportant un élu provincial, selon le ministère de l’Intérieur afghan. Une personne est morte et 4 autres ont été blessées dont le représentant politique.
