230 civils ont été kidnappés dans la ville d’Al-Qaryatayn – centre de la Syrie – dans la nuit du 5 au 6 juillet 2015 : il y a parmi eux 60 chrétiens. Ils sont accusés par les islamistes de « collaboration avec le régime ». Des familles entières auraient été emmenées.
Au début de la guerre civile, cette ville comptait 18.000 sunnites et 2000 syriaques catholiques et orthodoxes. Il ne resterait aujourd’hui que 180 chrétiens.
Les pays occidentaux et leurs alliés islamistes du Qatar et de l’Arabie Saoudite continuent toujours de financer et d’armer ces assassins.
