Le numéro 2 du magazine francophone de l’Etat Islamique intitulé Dar al-Islam est très explicite quant aux menaces à l’égard de la France et des Français. La couverture du magazine donne le ton : « Qu’Allah maudisse la France ». Et il ne s’agit pas que d’un slogan ou d’une prière.
Le magazine de l’Etat Islamique, après avoir développé les raisons de l’opposition « historique » entre la France et l’islam, met en évidence des sourates appelant à tuer les « associateurs ».
« Après que les mois sacrés expirent, tuez les associateurs où que vous les trouviez. Capturez-les, assiégez-les et guettez-les dans toute embuscade. »
