L’arrogance américaine est sans limite. Aussi incroyable que cela puisse paraître, les Etats-Unis produisent des fromages qu’ils appellent sans vergogne du camembert, du parmesan ou de la feta. Même chose avec le champagne ou le chablis. Les Américains refusent de reconnaître le principe des Appellations d’Origine Contrôlée.
Mais le pire est à venir. Dans le cadre des négociations transatlantiques, les Etats-Unis ont bien l’intention d’obtenir de pouvoir exporter en Europe leurs contrefaçons des produits européens.
Washington veut en finir avec les appellations européennes
