Le compagnon de notre ministre Cécile Duflot, Xavier Cantat, a fermé ce matin son compte twitter. Il avait traité Valls de raciste par rapport aux Roms. C’est une autre manche qui se joue entre les deux ministres. Holland, qui avait pourtant prévenu qu’il ne voulait plus de couac et que l’affaire close, n’a pas dû apprécier que le compagnon de sa ministre mette de l’huile sur le feu. La sanction est donc tombée sans appel possible. On peut penser que Matignon a fait pression et veut que cette impression de désordre permanent cesse. Il n’en était pas à son coup d’essai. Il avait twitté le 14 juillet : « Fier que la chaise à mon nom reste vide au défilé de bottes des Champs Elysées #14Juillet ». Ce tweet avait fait coûler beaucoup d’encre et mis Cécile Duflot dans l’embarras. Mais comme certains le faisaient justement remarquer, Xavier Cantat est adjoint au maire de Villeneuve-Saint-George, commune qui a expulsé un campement de Roms en mai dernier. On peut se demander où il était à ce moment-là ! Serait-il lui aussi raciste ? Notons qu’il a obtenu ce poste grâce à une alliance de la liste EELV avec le PCF ! Il a vécu pendant un moment à l’ombre après le meurtre commis par son frère Bertrand Cantat. Il n’a pas supporté la pression médiatique autour de cette triste affaire. Ce dernier, chanteur de métier, revient peu à peu dans le monde de la musique. Il va sortir un nouvel album en novembre. On peut redouter l’accueil qui lui sera fait.
Le couple Duflot-Cantat était resté longtemps discret car Cécile Duflot ne tenait pas à étaler sa vie privée. Depuis qu’elle est ministre, les choses ont changé. On ne peut pas dire que les tweets polémiques de son compagnon ont vraiment contribué à la meilleure discrétion. En attendant, la ministre va sûrement, elle aussi, avoir un rappel à l’ordre. Entre Valls et elle, quel est le premier qui va éjecter du gouvernement ?
