Le tribunal d’instance d’Asnières a rendu son jugement ce lundi 30 juin : les extrémistes Femen sont expulsées « sans délai » du bâtiment qu’elles squattaient à Clichy (Hauts-de-Seine). Rappelons que l’immeuble appartenait au Syndicat interdépartemental pour l’assainissement de l’agglomération parisienne.
7 membres des Femen qui y vivaient illégalement depuis 6 mois se sont vues notifier leur expulsion. Elles devront en outre verser 7 398,94 euros au propriétaire des lieux pour rembourser les factures d’électricité et 1 500 euros de frais d’avocat.
Le Syndicat interdépartemental pour l’assainissement de l’agglomération parisienne (SIAAP) avait demandé l’expulsion du groupuscule sectaire car les bureaux de l’ancienne usine de traitement des eaux doivent être détruits pour faire place à un nouveau bâtiment.
Inna Shevchenko, présente au tribunal d’Asnières pour l’audition du verdict, a proféré une nouvelle menace aux relents antichrétiens : « Nous occuperons soit une église à Paris, soit l’hôtel de ville de Paris ».
Le groupuscule extrémiste Femen veut aussi compter sur Anne Hidalgo, maire de Paris, qui leur avait déjà « démontré son soutien ». « On lui lance un appel, peut-être qu’elle nous entendra… », espère-t-elle.
