Daté de 2006, et utilisant ici encore les documents déclassifiés de la CIA et des commissions sénatoriales, ce documentaire montre comment la célèbre agence de renseignements américaine a testé virus et drogues sur des milliers de personnes. Il est aussi question des expériences de contrôle mental, notamment connues sous le nom de programme MK-Ultra.
La diffusion de ce type de reportage est indispensable pour clouer le bec à ceux qui parlent de « complotisme » à chaque fois que nous doutons de la version officielle.
