Selon le site « http://forcesoperations.com« , le nombre de volontaires souhaitant s’engager dans l’armée sont environ 10 fois plus nombreux qu’avant les attentats de janvier 2015. De 100 à 150 demandes par jour, on est passé à 1 400 demandes par jour depuis les attentats du 13 novembre 2015.
Pour mémoire, dans les jours qui ont suivi les attentats du 7 au 9 janvier 2015, le nombre de demandes était monté à 400 par jour.
L’armée n’aura donc pas de mal à recruter les militaires nécessaires, suite à la renonciation aux suppressions d’emplois qui étaient prévues par la très inadéquate loi de programmation militaire en vigueur avant les attentats de janvier 2015. Il serait même possible de recruter plus, pour faire face aux dangers qui nous menacent: 3 Etats au moins (Arabie Saoudite, Qatar et Turquie qui favorisent l’Etat islamiste ou les nombreux autres groupes de même nature (Al qaida et sa version syrienne (Al nosra), Boko Haram etc.).
Pour le financement, outre la suppression de l’aide apportée par la France aux islamistes d’Al nosra en Syrie (scandaleusement considérés par M. Fabius et certains média comme des « rebelles modérés » alors qu’ils massacrent de nombreux chrétiens et assassinent leurs prisonniers syriens au mépris de la convention de Genève), on pourrait décider la suppression de l’AME (aide médicale réservée aux clandestins), du financement des hôtels hébergeant des clandestins, de toutes les aides versés aux Etats favorables à l’Etat islamiste ou aux autres formations terroristes (islamistes ou pas d’ailleurs), des aides accordées aux associations faisant la promotion de l’immigration massive. Une dernière piste est la suppression de toutes les subventions accordées par l’Etat ne concernant pas les fonctions régaliennes de celui-ci (justice, sécurité intérieure et extérieure).
Cette dernière piste est particulièrement importante, car l’Etat distribue 35 milliard d’euros de subventions par an, soit plus du tiers de notre déficit (selon le « Jaune des associations », 3 volumes récapitulant chaque année les subventions accordées par les ministères et les secrétariats d’Etat.
Renforcer notre défense et réduire en même temps notre déficit, c’est possible.
