L’église Sainte Odile, située dans le 17ème arrondissement de Paris, a été profanée samedi en début d’après-midi. Autel saccagé, statues brisées, chandeliers renversés,… Mais ne cherchez ni vidéo ni article d’un quelconque média du système, ni communiqué de Manuel Valls pourtant en charge des cultes en même temps que de l’ordre public. Seule exception qui mérite d’être saluée, Brigitte Kuster, maire (UMP) du 17ème arrondissement, qui « dénonce avec la plus grande fermeté une atteinte extrêmement grave perpétrée contre un lieu sacré ».
Faut-il rappeler que, ces dernières semaines, les profanations dans les lieux de culte catholiques se multiplient. Avant Noël, à Paris encore, c’était une Femen qui parodiait de façon écœurante un accouchement et urinait sur un autel, geste odieusement profanatoire, sans que cela n’émeuve le ministre de l’Intérieur qui aime pourtant jouer au matamore lorsqu’une autre communauté se sent outragée.
