L’église de Domois (Côte-d’Or) a été profanée ce lundi de Pâques, dans l’après-midi. Les portes de la sacristie ont été démolies à coups de hache, des vases, des vitraux et du mobilier ont été brisés. Le cierge Pascal a été cassé. Le tabernacle a également été éventré à coups de hache, et les hosties qui s’y trouvaient ont été piétinées.
« Il s’agit d’un acte de profanation délibéré », a déclaré le curé de la paroisse. Plainte a été déposée mardi auprès de la brigade de gendarmerie de Gevrey-Chambertin. Des empreintes ont été relevées sur les lieux par les enquêteurs.
Ce sanctuaire marial avait déjà été la cible de vandales identifiés comme des « jeunes » provenant de l’Institut thérapeutique éducatif et pédagogique (ITEP) tout proche et qui accueille des individus « asociaux ».
