La République en marche, le jeune parti du président nouvellement élu Macron, vaste fourre-tout de politiciens venus du PS, des Républicains et du Modem, qui veulent se refaire une virginité sur le dos d’électeurs qui aiment être trompés, arrive largement en tête du premier tour des élections législatives de dimanche 11 juin 2017.
Selon les premières estimations, la République en marche obtiendrait 32 % des voix. Arriveraient ensuite Les Républicains (LR) avec 21,2 %, devant un Front national (FN) a seulement 13,9 %. La France insoumise (LFI) de Mélenchon n’obtiendrait que 10,9 %, et le Parti socialiste (PS) est laminé à 10 %.
C’est cependant l’abstention qui est la grande gagnante de ces élections législatives : avec un taux de 51,29 % au premier tour, elle atteint un niveau historique. Moins d’un électeur sur deux a été voté ! Elle témoigne de la désaffection croissante de l’électorat français envers la politique. La légitimité des députés élus dans de telles conditions est sérieusement compromise.
