Syrie – En zone occupée par les djihadistes, Raqqa fait figure de « capitale » de l’Etat Islamique.
Les fanatiques islamistes sont fiers de leur tribunal islamique installé ici. Pourtant, ce tribunal affiche une avidité sanguinaire bien éloignée du sens du mot justice. Même les musulmans sunnites connaissent les pires sorts. Il y a quelques jours, ce tribunal a jugé trois hommes dont le « crime » est d’avoir servi le président Bachar el-Assad, alaouite. Les trois hommes ont été condamnés à mort. Deux d’entre eux étaient sunnites. Le tribunal leur a réservé un mode d’exécution particulier : ni abattus par balle ni égorgés, mais piétinés à mort par la foule…
