Le site d’infos belge RTL.be possède une rubrique intitulé: Vous, qui permet à n’importe quel citoyen d’alerter la rédaction sur un peu de tout. C’est cette dernière qui fait le choix de la pertinence de l’info ou de l’opinion. Ainsi on retrouve un article d’un certain Vincent intitulé : »Référendum en Crimée: Vincent établit des parallèles avec l’annexion de l’Autriche par Hitler en 1938. » Il faut constater que l’article est bien documenté même si ce dernier est basé sur Wikipédia. N’importe quel historien vous dire que les informations sont à prendre avec des pincettes et qu’il faut toujours vérifier. Mais ce n’est sans doute pas le plus gênant pour ce cas précis puisque cela ne change pas grand chose au fond. Cependant, il y a toujours une chose qu’il faut garder à l’esprit, c’est quand histoire  il y a toujours un contexte particulier à un moment donné. Il est donc risqué d’établir un parallèle parfois même si on peut en tirer des leçons.  Hitler était dans une optique de conquête pour un espace vital. Et à ce propos, Vincent oublie de rappeler que ce sont les Occidentaux en humiliant l’Allemagne et en l’encerclant qui ont contribué à l’avènement d’Hitler mais aussi par la suite à sa politique agressive. Poutine n’est pas du tout dans cette optique et rien indique qu’il compte annexer entièrement l’Ukraine. En revanche, oui, il se sent menacé par une Ukraine qui tomberait dans le giron des Occidentaux et des Américains. Il y a donc des légères similitudes mais cela s’arrête là car on pourrait noter encore des différences. Ce parallèle est plutôt réducteur et mériterait un bien autre traitement.

Mais le plus important, c’est l’utilisation qu’en fait RTL.be. Cet article se retrouve posté dans la catégorie Monde International. On peut donc en déduire que le site accorde un vrai crédit à celui-ci et que c’est sa position sinon il aurait dû se retrouver dans la rubrique vous. Ce n’est rien d’autre qu’une manière de discréditer la tenue du référendum en Crimée ce dimanche.Bien sûr, il ne faut pas y voir de la propagande occidentale !
