Québec – L’aide médicale à mourir [expression de la novlangue pour désigner l’euthanasie] sera dorénavant disponible aux personnes dont la mort n’est pas prévisible à court terme, vient de décider arbitrairement une juge de la Cour supérieure du Québec. [pour ceux qui ne croient toujours pas au « gouvernement des juges » !].
« L’exigence de la mort naturelle raisonnablement prévisible prive des personnes comme les demandeurs d’exercer leur autonomie et de leur choix de mettre un terme à leur vie au moment et de la manière souhaitée, ce qui doit demeurer pourtant une décision personnelle tout à fait fondamentale », peut-on lire dans la décision de la juge Christine Baudouin, rendu ce mercredi.
Le dossier avait été ouvert à la demande de Nicole Gladu et Jean Truchon.
Mme Gladu, une septuagénaire, souffre d’une maladie dégénérative. Elle souhaite mourir, avec du champagne, un canapé de foie gras et entouré d’amis, et avec l’assistance d’un médecin. « Je ne suis pas suicidaire, je n’ai pas de maladie psychiatrique, je veux continuer à contrôler ma destinée », avait-elle affirmé au début du procès civil.
Les médias traitent l’information en parlant d’un débat de société, ce qui est faux, puisque la parole n’est pas donnée aux adversaires de l’euthanasie et que l’extension de cette loi inique est décrétée par une juge toute puissante !
