Au fil des mois de leurs investigations, les enquêteurs de la sûreté départementale ont acquis la conviction que ce professeur juif d’une cinquantaine d’années ne pouvait pas avoir été victime de l’agression qu’il disait avoir subie le 18 novembre dernier, traverse des Cyprès à Saint-Just (Marseille 13e), et au cours de laquelle, selon lui, deux individus lui avaient tailladé le corps à coups de couteau, tout en exhibant un t-shirt à l’effigie de Daech et des photos de Mohamed Merah sur un téléphone portable.
Tout au long de sa garde à vue, il a pourtant fermement maintenu cette position.
Selon la prétendue victime, les terroristes, après l’avoir tailladé aux membres et au ventre, auraient exhibé un T-shirt à l’effigie de « Daech » et des photos de Mohamed Merah sur leur téléphone portable. A peine les faits étaient-ils connus que toute la bienpensance politique, religieuse et médiatique, du président Hollande à la communauté musulmane, s’était empressée de flagorner en apportant avec ostentation leur soutien à l’homme et par lui à la communauté juive. S’il s’était agi d’un professeur catholique, on se demande si la nouvelle aurait même été répercutée, en tout état de cause le doute aurait été immédiat. Le professeur n’avait en définitive passé qu’une nuit d’observation à l’hôpital.
Les enquêteurs de la sûreté départementale, toutes affaires cessantes se mirent donc à pourchasser les dangereux terroristes… en vain. N’étant pas tombés de la dernière pluie, malgré tout, devant les incohérences de ses déclarations, le doute les a vite gagné: « D’abord les blessures font un peu rigoler si l’on peut dire, et ensuite les constatations médico-légales qui ont été effectuées ne collent pas à ce qu’il raconte, tout comme d’autres examens qui ont été réalisés au cours de ces semaines d’investigations« , glissait ce matin à la Provence, un proche de cette affaire des plus délicates, touchant une communauté « sensible ».
C’est après avoir le mieux étayé possible leur enquête que Tzion Saadoun a été convoqué ce matin à l’Evêché et placé en garde à vue pour « dénonciation mensongère« .
