Le Williams Institute qui a ses quartiers à l’Université de Californie publie une « enquête » sur la place des personnes LGBT à la télévision et à la radio aux Etats-Unis. Acteurs, animateurs et techniciens américains membres de la Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists ont reçu un questionnaire. 5.692 professionnels de la télévision et de la radio ont répondu. 465 se déclarent homosexuels, 61 s’affirment lesbiennes, 7 s’annoncent transgenres et 301 se reconnaissent bisexuels, soit 834 personnes sur 5.692, ce qui fait tout de même près de 15 % des personnes qui exercent une influence à travers la télévision et la radio américaines.
Mais pour le lobby homosexuel qui commente l’étude, ce n’est pas encore assez !
