C’est le blog Lignes de Défense qui révèle cette nouvelle péripétie du logiciel Louvois. Pour éviter les trop-perçus, il a été décidé de bloquer les paiements des sommes jugées trop importantes. Le problème, c’est que cette mesure concerne aussi ceux qui touchent l’intégralité de leurs soldes. C’est ainsi que le blog, pour alléguer ses informations, publie le témoignage d’un marsouin avec vingt ans de service, à qui l’armée doit une quinzaine de milliers d’euros depuis 2011, et qui a découvert que sa solde d’avril et des rappels annoncés n’avaient pas été versés. Après maintes réclamations de diverses manières, le paiement automatique a donc été « inhibé » et remplacé par une procédure manuelle pour éviter les trop-versés mais cela prend plus de temps.
Le scandale du logiciel Louvois est donc loin d’être terminé malgré l’annonce de son arrêt. D’après ce même témoignage, les militaires en OPEX n’ont pas le temps de vérifier leur feuille de solde… quand ils en ont une. Il est vraiment temps que cette page se termine. L’État français n’en sortira pas grandi.
