La prochaine édition de Charlie Hebdo paraîtra mercredi, à grand renfort de publicité médiatique. L’avocat de Charlie Hebdo a annoncé qu’on y trouverait «naturellement» des caricatures du prophète Mahomet.
Ce numéro de Charlie Hebdo paraîtra dans seize langues, pour un tirage d’au moins 1 million d’exemplaires, a fait savoir l’avocat Richard Malka, précisant :
« La philosophie de Charlie, c’est le droit au blasphème. »
Qui est Richard Malka ?
Richard Malka, né dans une famille juive séfarade du Maroc, est un spécialiste du droit de la presse formé par Maître George Kiejman.
C’est lui qui était l’avocat de Charlie Hebdo lors du procès concernant les caricatures de Mahomet. C’est encore lui qui assurait la défense du Centre d’Art Contemporain poursuivi pour diffusion d’images pornographiques de mineurs dans le cadre de l’exposition « Présumé innocent ».
Il a également été l’avocat de la société Clearstream, de LVMH, de l’écrivain Marek Halter, de Dominique Strauss-Kahn, de Carla Bruni, de Caroline Fourest et Fiammetta Venner ou encore du diamantaire israélien Beny Steinmetz.
Comment vont réagir les musulmans qui ont participé à la « marche républicaine » ?
On peut se demander comment vont réagir les Saoudiens et les Qataris représentés parmi les chefs d’Etat durant la « marche républicaine ».
Et comment va réagir l’UOIF, réputée proche des Frères Musulmans, et représentée dans la « marche républicaine ?
Ou encore Dalil Boubakeur (président du Conseil français du culte musulman et recteur de la Grande mosquée de Paris) et Mohammed Moussaoui (président de l’Union des mosquées de France), qui avaient appelé « les citoyens de confession musulmane à rejoindre massivement la manifestation » de dimanche.
Vont-ils tous prendre le parti d’en rire ? On peut douter que tous les musulmans de France apprécient la plaisanterie.
Quant aux catholiques, qu’ils se rassurent, ils ne seront pas épargnés non plus, soyons-en certains !
