A peine devenu ministre de la Cohésion des territoires, Richard Ferrand, très proche d’Emmanuel Macron, se voit accusé ce mercredi par Le Canard Enchaîné pour une opération immobilière remontant à 2011.
A l’époque, Richard Ferrand dirigeait les Mutuelles de Bretagne. En 2011, cet organisme à but non lucratif recherchait des locaux à louer à Brest. Trois offres lui parviennent, dont celle d’une société civile immobilière dénommée Saca, qui appartient à Sandrine Doucen, qui n’est autre que la compagne de… Richard Ferrand. Et devinez quoi : c’est l’offre de Sandrine Doucen qui est retenue par le conseil d’administration des Mutuelles. Quel hasard !
« C’est parce que c’était le mieux placé et le moins cher que cela été choisi », ose répondre Richard Ferrand qui affirme que le fait que la société Saca appartenait à sa compagne « était connu de tous » les administrateurs ayant pris la décision. Oserait-on dire que c’est encore pire.
« Il n’y a rien d’illégal, il n’y a rien qui ne serait pas moral », a réagi le porte-parole du gouvernement Christophe Castaner. C’était aussi l’axe de défense d’un certain François Fillon. Et le même entêtement semble prévaloir chez Richard Ferrand. « Il ne saurait être question » de démission, pérore le porte-parole du gouvernement Christophe Castaner. Une stratégie qui n’a pas réussi à François Fillon…
