Dans le journal libanais Binaa, Fayçal Meqdad, vice-ministre syrien des Affaires Etrangères et des expatriés, a estimé incroyable que la soi-disant “Coalition internationale” prétend lutter contre l’Etat Islamique alors même que des pays membres de cette coalition fournissent un soutien clandestin à « Daech ».
“Comment peut-on croire que cette coalition mène une bataille contre le terrorisme au moment où elle pousse les terroristes de “Daech” en Irak et les incite à commettre des actes de tuerie et de sabotage en Syrie ?”, écrit Fayçal Meqdad dans sa tribune hebdomadaire publiée par le journal libanais Binaa.
Le ministre syrien y réaffirme que sans l’appui apporté aux terroristes par certains pays arabes et occidentaux ainsi que par Israël, la guerre de la Syrie contre l’Etat Islamique et le Front al-Nosra aurait déjà pris fin.
