Le ministère de la Culture s’en prend au bénévolat avec un arrêté du 25 janvier 2018 qui organise désormais un strict encadrement du statut de ces bénévoles qui participent à des spectacles à but lucratif avec billetteries
De quoi inquiéter tous les créateurs.
Car ce sont en vérité des centaines de milliers d’amateurs passionnés qui font tourner toute l’année des chorales, des festivals, des pièces de théâtre et des spectacles historiques.
A titre d’exemple, Philippe de Villiers doit compter sur 4.000 bénévoles pour assurer la réussite du Puy du Fou. Sans eux, c’est la mort du site. Il juge que cette «démarche liberticide» met le bénévolat «en liberté surveillée.»
Philippe de Villiers considère déjà que cet arrêté « programme la mort du Puy du Fou ». Un parc d’attractions qui bénéficie pourtant d’une renommée internationale et participe incontestablement au rayonnement de la France et à la transmission de son histoire.
