Après la manifestation des deux militantes Femen contre la pénalisation de l’homosexualité au Maroc, deux hommes marocains qui se sont embrassés en public ont été arrêtés jeudi dernier par les autorités marocaines pour « exhibition impudique » selon un communiqué du ministère marocain de l’intérieur.
Selon le site Goud, ces deux hommes se sont embrassés sur l’esplanade de la Tour Hassan, le minaret d’une mosquée historique de la ville.
Au même endroit, la veille, deux militantes Femen françaises s’étaient embrassées et avaient posé seins nus en arborant le slogan « In gay we trust » sur leur corps. Présentés à la justice, ces deux hommes risquent une condamnation de trois ans selon l’article 489 du code pénal marocain.
Les deux Femen françaises ont été expulsées mardi soir.
Dans son communiqué, le ministère de l’Intérieur annonce par ailleurs qu’une Espagnole présente au Maroc pour «parrainer» l’opération des Femen a été aussi expulsée mercredi.
