Nous avions déjà averti des ambitions de l’Assemblée nationale de censurer internet. Non pas, bien sûr, pour fermer l’accès aux sites pédophiles. Mais pour fermer des sites politiques.
Officiellement, il s’agit de « lutte contre le terrorisme ». Mais les interprétations en ce domaine ouvra la voie a bien des abus. En effet, l’article 9 du projet de loi voté ce matin permet au gouvernement de bloquer des sites internet sans autorisation du juge.
Porté par Bernard Cazeneuve sous l’impulsion de Manuel Valls, cette nouvelle loi, par son article 9, prévoit le blocage des sites internet par l’exécutif, sans décision préalable du pouvoir judiciaire.
