Un individu a été remarqué sur le trottoir face au Parlement britannique alors qu’il arborait dans son dos un drapeau de l’Etat Islamique. L’homme portait sur ses épaules un enfant tenant dans les mains lui-aussi un petit drapeau de l’Etat Islamique.
Des policiers ont contrôlé l’identité de l’individu mais l’ont laissé continuer son chemin.
Ce fait divers a rapidement relancé un débat sur les réseaux sociaux après que de nombreuses personnes ont réclamé d’interdire d’arborer un tel drapeau en Grande-Bretagne.
L’affaire est d’autant plus sensible que le Royaume-Uni a été frappé par la mort de trente Britanniques dans l’attaque terroriste de Sousse en Tunisie, dont l’auteur était une recrue de l’Etat Islamique.
