Au cours d’un entretien aux micros de RTL, le député LR Guillaume Larrivé, candidat à la présidence du parti Les Républicains, a décrit la GPA comme une « violence inouïe ». Il souhaite inscrire inscrire dans la Constitution le « refus de la marchandisation des corps » et donc « l’interdiction totale de la gestation pour autrui ».
« Je souhaite qu’à la faveur de ce débat sur la loi relative à la bioéthique nous affirmions, nous Les Républicains, notre refus absolu de la marchandisation des corps », a expliqué sur RTL le député de l’Yonne, qui votera contre l’extension de la procréation médicalement assistée (PMA) à toutes les femmes.
« Je déposerai à l’Assemblée nationale cette semaine une proposition de loi constitutionnelle pour inscrire à l’article 1er de la Constitution le principe d’indisponibilité du corps humain », a annoncé Guillaume Larrivé.
« Ça veut dire très concrètement qu’aucun traité international, aucune loi, aucun contrat ne pourrait remettre en cause ce principe et cela aboutira à une interdiction totale des conventions de mère porteuse, ce qu’on appelle la gestation pour autrui », a-t-il précisé.
« On parle beaucoup de la lutte contre les violences faites aux femmes, il faut quand même qu’on se rende compte de l’extrême violence que constitue une convention de mère porteuse, louer le ventre d’une femme, l’utiliser comme une chose, vendre un enfant, c’est une violence inouïe à l’endroit de l’humanité », a argumenté le député.
« Aujourd’hui la GPA n’est pas autorisée en droit français mais, en réalité, elle est autorisée dans certains pays à l’étranger et par des détournements juridiques, elle a des effets reconnus dans notre droit français », a fait valoir Guillaume Larrivé.
