Etats-Unis – La Zionist Organization of America a décerné le prix du Défenseur d’Israël à John Bolton, conseiller à la sécurité nationale des Etats-Unis. Le prix lui a été remis lors du dîner annuel de l’Organisation sioniste d’Amérique (ZOA), qui s’est déroulé dimanche soir à New York, en présence de Danny Danon, ambassadeur israélien aux Nations unies,.
John Bolton est l’un des acteurs principaux du transfert à Jérusalem de l’ambassade des Etats-Unis en Israël. Sioniste convaincu, il est très présent au sein de la Republican Jewish Coalition.
La ZOA a également remis ce soir-là le Prix Woo Kai Sheng du journalisme à Mark Levin, animateur de radio et de la chaîne de télévision Fox.
