Dans un monde professionnel en pleine mutation, la formation sera l’atout de demain pour trouver du travail. Il existe en France le CPF, ou compte personnel de formation (CPF), dont déjà 600.000 personnes ont bénéficié en France, comme le déclarait la journaliste Alexia Meyer sur France 2 le 25 janvier, précisant que « 57% des Français se considèrent comme mal informés quant à leurs droits à ces formations ». En effet, sur 30 millions d’actifs potentiellement bénéficiaire du CPF, seuls 5,2 millions de personnes ont déjà suivi une formation.

Le site iciformation.fr formation professionnelle est le principal portail français destiné à la formation professionnelle. Iciformation est l’un des trois gros sites français dans le domaine, avec Kelformation et Maformation. Bien implanté auprès des centres de compétences, ce groupe a gagné 25 % de chiffre d’affaires en un an. Notons que le site a été recommandé par le site informatique 01net.com, si prisé des internautes pour ses logiciels gratuit.

Ce site comprend 6581 formations professionnelles différentes, dans tous les corps de métiers et réparties dans toute la France, avec un très utile moteur de recherche par régions, département, niveau de diplôme et emploi. Imaginons par exemple que vous habitiez le département de la Savoie. D’un clic, le site vous donne la liste des 1430 formations proposées dans ce département, avec les mêmes onglets qu’au niveau national mais cantonnés aux emplois disponibles dans le département. Par exemple, si la Santé et le Social vous intéresse, le site vous informe que 30 formations sont proposées. Si c’est la comptabilité et l’audit, il y en a 93, toutes localisées à Chambéry. Il y’en a trois de recensées pour la ville de Foix… Le site est également exhaustif sur les moyens de financer les formations, précisément notamment celles que votre employeur peut régler. Il serait dommage pour quelque clics non fait de passer à côté de carrières mieux rémunérées…
