Le Commodore William Guy Carr (1895-1959) est un personnage hors du commun. Né en Grande-Bretagne et décédé au Canada, cet officier de Marine fut sous-marinier pendant la Première Guerre mondiale et publia des ouvrages de référence pour tous ceux qui s’intéressent à la guerre navale durant ce conflit.
En 1919, il décida de s’installer au Canada pour étudier le développement de la Conspiration mondialiste en Amérique du Nord. La Socialisation Fabienne venait de remporter une double victoire par la création du Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA) en Grande-Bretagne, et du Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) aux Etats-Unis, deux organes mondialistes créés à l’initiative d’Edward Mandel House.
William Guy Carr intégra la Police Royale Montée Canadienne, puis les Services de Renseignements.
Dès 1931, il fit des tournées de conférences destinées à faire connaître l’existence d’une Conspiration mondiale. Et à partir de 1950, il mit en exergue le rôle des Illuminati, d’essence luciférienne. En 1955, il publia un livre devenu célèbre et fréquemment réédité intitulé Des Pions sur l’Echiquier dans lequel il décrit le « Plan des Trois Guerres Mondiales ».
Le présent livre rend hommage à ce contre-révolutionnaire et à l’importance de ses travaux destinés à dévoiler les machinations occultes ayant pour objectif de provoquer les diverses révolutions et guerres depuis 1773.
