Les iconoclastes s’en prennent à notre vin !
Haussmann Famille, un gros négociant bordelais, lance le « Rouge sucette cola », un mélange de vin rouge, d’eau et de sucre aromatisé au Coca. Cette étonnante mixture était mise en vedette au dernier Vinexpo, le grand salon international des vins organisé chaque été à Bordeaux.
Il s’agit d’une mode déjà entamée il y a trois ans avec le rosé pamplemousse dont le succès commercial avait encouragé quelques producteurs à parfumer leurs vins à la pêche, aux fruits de la passion, à la fraise, à la mirabelle, à la cerise griotte, à la figue, à la framboise, au pain d’épices, au spéculoos et maintenant au coca. 40 millions de bouteilles de rouge, blanc ou rosé ainsi mélangés devraient se vendre cette année selon les prévisions des spécialistes du secteur.
Une bonne affaire commerciale, à tel point que les supermarchés Leclerc, Casino et Carrefour ont lancé leurs propres « boissons aromatisées à base de vin ». Et un viticulteur de Monbazillac commercialise un Bergerac AOP au parfum chocolat blanc ou pétale de rose sans ajout d’eau.
Tout cela est bien sûr à mettre en lien avec l’essor de la génération soda rétive à toute boisson non sucrée.
