Belgique – Le Chef du protocole de la ville de Bruxelles, Jean-Marie Pire, a provoqué un incident diplomatique jeudi dernier, en arrachant le niqab d’une princesse du Qatar !
Jean-Marie Pire se promenait rue de la Violette, près de la Grande Place de Bruxelles, lorsqu’il a croisé trois femmes en niqab. Une des femmes s’adresse à lui en anglais pour demander son chemin. Jean-Marie Pire lui répond qu’il ne parle pas aux femmes dont il ne voit pas le visage et lui dit que le niqab est interdit en Belgique. La femme en question est interloquée. Jean-Marie Pire lui arrache alors son niqab. Du même coup, il arrache une boucle de l’oreille de la femme en question faisant couler le sang de son lobe d’oreille.
Or, la femme en question est une princesse du Qatar. Plainte a été déposée pour coups et blessures contre le chef du protocole qui concède qu’il n’aurait pas dû agir de la sorte. Certaines sources affirment qu’il était en état d’ivresse au moment des faits, ce qu’il dément.
Quant à la princesse qatarie, elle a reçu une amende pour port du niqab.
