Le cardinal Timothy Dolan est considéré comme un conservateur. L’archevêque de New York n’a pas caché son malaise – à défaut de mieux ! – lors du Synode sur la famille et fut l’un des opposants les plus virulents face au président Obama et à son projet de mort Obamacare.
Mais dans la nouvelle Eglise du concile Vatican II, conservateur ne rime pas nécessairement avec ce que l’on serait en droit d’attendre d’un prélat de l’Eglise catholique, ne serait-ce qu’au niveau de l’attitude. Une triste illustration en est cette bénédiction donnée par l’archevêque de New-York où celui s’et adonné à une séance photographique qui ne sied point à un prélat de l’Eglise.
Encore une attitude « cool » qui vise à montrer comment l’Eglise et ses hommes se sont bien adaptés au monde, en somme une autre illustration de cette fausse pastorale totalement relativiste.
