Le cardinal français, Jean-Louis Tauran, vient d’être nommé camerlingue de l’Eglise, c’est à dire que c’est lui qui en cas de vacance du Siège Apostolique assurera la gestion des affaires courantes de la curie romaine.
Il est président du Conseil pontifical pour le dialogue inter-religieux depuis 2007, dialogue inter-religieux qu’il considère comme n’ayant pas pour but la conversion des non catholiques, et avec une approche très positive de l’Islam :
« Le dialogue interreligieux n’est donc pas autre chose qu’un long pèlerinage vers la Vérité qu’accomplissent les croyants et les chercheurs de l’Absolu. Dans le dialogue, on rend aussi hommage à toutes les parcelles de vérité que Dieu a bien voulu semer dans toutes les cultures et les religions », conférence à Versaille en septembre 2014
Il faut donc comprendre que l’Eglise catholique, à l’instar des autres religions, détient sa parcelle de la Vérité. Propos bien loin de ceux du Christ : « Je suis la Voix, la Vérité et la Vie ». Mais propos hélas bien dans la théologie mortifère de Vatican II et notamment de Dignitatis humanæ. Bref, un nouveau camerlingue qui a quelques lacunes de catéchisme…
