L’association espagnole des avocats chrétiens a déposé une plainte contre les cinq FEMEN qui ont pris d’assaut, dépoitraillées, la manifestation contre l’avortement organisée par Droit de vivre dans les rues de Madrid.
Elles sont accusées de délit d’exhibition selon l’article 185 du code pénal et de délit contre l’exercice des droits et libertés fondamentaux garantis par la constitution en son article 514.4.
L’association indique que « la violence de ces femmes est démontrée lorsque en plus d’interrompre illégalement une manifestation légalement déclarée, elles attaquent plusieurs manifestants qui s’interposaient contre ces délits ». L’association rappelle également que de nombreux enfants participaient à cette manifestation.

La porte parole de l’association des avocats, Pologne Castellanos estime que ces femmes cherchent à violer les droits d’autrui comme le droit à manifester.
« Si vous étiez réellement en faveur des femmes, vous manifesteriez contre l’avortement, cause de nombreuses séquelles et de la mort de plusieurs mères. Aussi, êtes-vous en vérité machistes et votre action dénigre et déprécie la femme », a-t-elle ajouté.
Une plainte du même genre avait été déposée en France par Civitas à la suite de l’attaque menée par ces viragos FEMEN contre la manifestation du 18 novembre 2012 organisée pour défendre la Famille et le mariage. Des enfants avaient été les victimes de cette attaque violente menée par les FEMEN. L’affaire n’a toujours pas été jugée.
A Madrid comme ailleurs, l’antichristianisme fait partie intrinsèque de l’action des FEMEN…
