Depuis les deux attentats commis à Volgograd, la population locale, effrayée, évite de se servir des transports en commun.

Le régime renforcé a été introduit à Volgograd et dans plusieurs autres régions russes suite à la menace terroriste islamique, a annoncé le chef du Service fédéral de la sécurité (FSB) Alexandre Bortnikov. « Nous avons pris des mesures supplémentaire de sécurité. Il s’agit notamment des troupes intérieures qui patrouilleront à Volgograd conjointement avec la police », a expliqué M. Bortnikov. Des dizaines de camions transportant des soldats ont fait leur entrée à Volgograd.

Toutes les mesures nécessaires pour assurer la sécurité des Jeux olympiques d’hiver de Sotchi ayant déjà été prévues, aucune mesure supplémentaire ne sera mise en place malgré les attentats de Volgograd, a annoncé le président du Comité olympique de Russie Alexandre Joukov

Terroristes identifiés

L’attentat commis ce lundi matin contre un trolleybus à Volgograd, dans le sud-ouest de la Russie, est l’œuvre d’un kamikaze membre d’un groupe terroriste du Daguestan, Pavel Petchenkin. Pavel Petchenkin aurait adhéré à cette organisation islamiste en 2012 après s’être converti à l’ islam et avoir pris le nom d’Ansar Ar-russi.

Quant à l’attentat de ce dimanche, à la gare centrale de Volgograd, il a officiellement été attribué à une jeune femme de 26 ans présentée comme une « veuve noire », deux fois veuve de leaders islamistes.

D’après le site internet Lifenews.ru, la kamikaze se nommait Oksana Aslanova. Sa tête arrachée a été découverte sur les lieux de l’attentat.

En octobre dernier, dans la banlieue de Volgograd, une bombe avait déjà explosé dans un bus transportant 40 passagers. L’auteur de l’attentat avait été identifié comme étant Naida Asiyalova, une Daguestanaise de 30 ans, amie d’Oksana Aslanova.

C’est en 2002 qu’apparaissent pour la première fois les « veuves noires », lors de la prise d’otages au théâtre de la Doubrovka à Moscou.

En 2004, deux « veuves noires » font exploser deux avions de ligne qui venaient de décoller de l’aéroport de Moscou, tuant 90 personnes.

En mars 2010, deux attentats suicide font 40 morts dans le métro de Moscou. Une jeune femme de 17 ans, originaire du Daguestan, est identifiée comme étant l’un des auteurs. Dzhennet Abdurakhmanova est la veuve d’un militant islamiste, Umalat Magomedov, tué lors d’une opération spéciale de l’armée russe en 2009. L’autre auteur des attentats est probablement une Tchétchène.

Dans le Caucase du Nord, du Daguestan à la Tchétchénie, des terroristes cherchent à établir un Etat islamique. Leur chef, Dokou Oumarov, ennemi numéro un du Kremlin, a appelé en juillet, dans une vidéo circulant sur internet, à mener des attaques pour empêcher « par tous les moyens » le déroulement des Jeux olympiques de Sotchi.
