Le quotidien libanais As-Safir (proche de l’Alliance du 8 Mars) a annoncé que, selon ses sources, l’Etat Islamique (EI) préparerait une attaque d’envergure contre l’armée libanaise à Tripoli, capitale du Liban-nord, dans les premiers jours du Ramadan.

Selon le quotidien As-Safir, l’opération pourrait être dirigée par l’Irakien Abou Qatada, passé par Raqqa, et entré au Liban où il aurait activé des cellules dormantes.
