L’Allemagne va devenir vendredi 1er novembre le premier pays européen à autoriser les parents à déclarer leur enfant de genre « neutre ». Il n’y aura plus seulement le « M » pour masculin et le « F » pour féminin dans la case réservée au sexe sur les passeports et autres documents d’état civil allemands. On y ajoute une troisième catégorie désignée « X ». Si la loi entrera en application ce 1er novembre, elle ne permet cependant pas de répondre à certaines questions essentielles et notamment ce que cela signifie de vivre sans une identité sexuelle juridiquement établie. Le législateur doit désormais clarifier quelles vont être les conséquences de cette modification en matière de mariage et d’union civile.La nouvelle loi fait suite à un rapport de 2012 du comité d’éthique allemand qui réunit théologiens, universitaires, juristes et a pour mission de conseiller le gouvernement.
A part cela, la théorie du genre n’existe pas….
