Le quotidien La Croix, dans un article de son édition d’hier 12 mai, revient sur les récents remous internes à la Fraternité Sacerdotale Saint-Pie-X. On y découvre l’avis d’un ancien de la FSSPX revenu dans le giron romain, l’abbé Guillaume de Tanoüarn, bien connu des milieux parisiens et ancien vicaire de l’église Saint-Nicolas-du-Chardonnet d’où est partie la réaction, qui fait grand bruit actuellement, de sept doyens de la FSSPX contre un accord avec la Rome actuelle.
L’abbé de Tanoüarn, expulsé en 2004 de la FSSPX pour avoir pris le parti dans une querelle interne pour un ancien curé de Saint-Nicolas, l’abbé Philippe Laguérie, a son petit avis sur la question de cette prélature offerte par Rome au supérieur général de la congrégation, Mgr Fellay.
On peut lire ainsi dans La Croix ce qui suit :
« Guillaume de Tanoüarn voit un intérêt personnel, pour le supérieur de la Fraternité, à conclure rapidement un accord. Le prélat suisse arrivera en 2018 au terme d’un deuxième mandat de douze ans, or « sa politique d’ouverture à Rome est minoritaire » au sein de la FSSPX, a-t-il indiqué à l’AFP. « Il n’est pas sûr d’être réélu. Si on lui érige une prélature, il sera prélat à vie. C’est une forme de coup d’État qui ne dit pas son nom. »
