Après l’opération de mai dernier, l’abbaye de Randol a besoin d’un nouveau coup de pouce : avec les confinements puis le couvre-feu, les passages à l’abbaye pour acheter les fromages des moines se font rares… Les bénédictins se retrouvent donc avec 585kg de bons fromages fermiers, et au lait cru de leur propre troupeau :
– Le Ribeyrolles (proche du Comté) en format ≈ 1kg
– Le Rocher Saint-Pierre (proche du St-Nectaire) en format ≈ 1,35kg
– Le Conquaire (proche du Cantal) en format ≈ 1kg
