Le film français du réalisateur Abdellatif Kechiche: « la vie d’Adèle » est en lice pour les Golden Globe Awards 2014 dans la catégorie Meilleur film en langue étrangère. Il affrontera le 12 janvier prochain lors de la 71e cérémonie des Golden Globes quatre autres longs métrages dont « Le Passé » de l’Iranien Asghar Farhadi. « The Great Beauty » de l’Italien Paolo Sorrentino, « La Chasse » de Thomas Vinterberg et « Le Vent se lève » de Hayao Miyazak.
Déjà palme d’or au festival de Cannes, ce film qui met en avant l’homosexualité avec des scènes particulièrement explicites, est donc en route pour une autre nomination. Difficile de ne pas voir le côté militant de cette promotion alors que ce film n’a pas rempli les salles et que la critique de la presse n’a pas été si unanime…
