La télévision espagnole TVE a diffusé une caricature montrant une croix transformée en arme pour illustrer la fusillade d’Orlando menée par un islamiste contre une discothèque pour homosexuels.
La fusillade a été commise par Omar Mateen Sadiqqi que l’Etat Islamique a salué comme « un soldat du califat ».
Mais à la fin du journal télévisé de Television Espanola, chaîne de télévision qui vit exclusivement des impôts des Espagnols, ce sont les catholiques qui ont été pointés du doigt par cette caricature.
Bel exemple de désinformation teinté d’antichristianisme.
L’affaire a suscité une telle controverse que la TVE a fini par présenter des excuses pour ce dessin.
