Syrie / Etats-Unis – Le gouvernement syrien a vivement condamné les déclarations du président américain Donald Trump sur le statut juridique du Golan arabe syrien occupé.
Dans un message adressé au secrétaire général de l’ONU et au président du Conseil de Sécurité, le ministère des Affaires étrangères syrien a indiqué que le Golan arabe syrien occupé fait partie des territoires de la République arabe syrienne, ajoutant que la reprise du Golan de l’occupant israélien est une priorité dans la politique nationale syrienne.
“La Syrie réclame au secrétaire général de l’ONU d’adopter une position officielle confirmant la position enracinée de l’organisation internationale envers l’occupation israélienne du Golan arabe syrien”, a souligné le ministère syrien.
Le ministère a ajouté que la Syrie appelle le Conseil de Sécurité à prendre des mesures pratiques qui garantissent son rôle et son mandat directs dans l’exécution des résolutions qui obligent l’entité de l’occupant israélien à se tirer du Golan arabe syrien occupé jusqu’à la ligne de 4 juin 1967, notamment les résolutions N°242, N°338, N°497.
Et le ministère de conclure: “L’administration américaine n’a aucun droit de décider du sort du Golan arabe syrien occupé et n’importante quelle reconnaissance de sa part ou toute agression contre le droit de la Syrie de le reprendre constituent un acte illégal”.
