Suisse – La direction de La Poste a décidé la création d’une structure interne destinée à son personnel LGBT. Ce réseau communautariste LGBT devrait s’appeler Rainbow.
L’entreprise publique a commencé à faire circuler un flyer dans lequel on peut lire : «Quand on est gay ou lesbienne, ce n’est pas tous les jours facile dans sa vie professionnelle».
La Poste prévoit un lancement officiel de Rainbow le 25 février prochain à Berne, en présence de Susanne Ruoff, dirigeante de l’entreprise publique.
Depuis quelques années, on assiste en Suisse à un développement de structures communautaristes LGBT en milieu professionnel. De tels lobbies ont été créés au sein de plusieurs grandes banques comme UBS et le Credit Suisse, mais il existe aussi PinkRail pour les cheminots LGBT et PinkCop pour les policiers cantonaux et communaux LGBT…
